The Finanshels Partner Program is a free-to-join network based in the UAE with two distinct paths. The Referral Partner path is open to individuals and companies and pays a per-deal commission (up to 30% on the initial engagement, 20% on renewals, 15% on additional services) when an introduced client becomes paying — Finanshels manages the consultation, proposal, onboarding, billing, and delivery. The Channel Partner path is for established companies only (business setup firms, law firms, corporate service providers, advisory firms, accounting practices, ERP partners, HR consultancies) and earns the same commission structure as the referral path — up to 30% on the initial engagement, 20% on renewals, and 15% on additional services. Channel Partners also get access to the Pricing Engine for quotations, co-branded collateral and a dedicated partnership manager. Channel Partner payouts are made to a company bank account only. The Finanshels Partner Program is a commission-based referral network operated by Finanshels Accounting Technologies LLC, headquartered in Sharjah Media City (Shams), UAE. It enables consultants, freelancers, business advisors, and agencies to earn recurring commissions by referring clients who need VAT filing, tax registration, corporate formation, audit & assurance, bookkeeping, and advisory services across the UAE and the wider GCC.
02How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Joining the Finanshels partner network is completely free for both referral and channel models.
03How much can partners earn?
Both models earn up to 30% commission on the initial engagement, 20% on renewals, and 15% on additional services — tracked automatically through the Partner Portal dashboard with configurable payout frequencies (monthly, quarterly, or on request). The difference is eligibility: Referral Partners can be an individual or a company, while Channel Partners must be an established company and are paid to a company bank account only.
04How do partners get paid?
Both models earn a percentage of the service revenue from referred clients — a flat rate that varies by tier — paid out through the portal after the client pays Finanshels. Referral Partners may be paid as an individual or a company; Channel Partners are companies and are always paid to a company bank account.
05How quickly can I start earning?
After you create your account, complete onboarding, and receive admin approval, the revenue workspace unlocks and you can start submitting opportunities.
06What services can I refer clients for?
Corporate formation and business setup (mainland, free zone, and offshore in the UAE), tax registration (VAT, corporate tax, excise tax with the FTA), VAT filing and compliance, audit and assurance (statutory, internal, due diligence), bookkeeping and monthly accounting, and CFO advisory and business consulting.
07Where does the program operate?
The program primarily serves partners and clients across the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Partners across the broader GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Kuwait) can also participate. Over 400 active partners currently operate through the network.
08Who can become a partner?
Anyone with a professional network in the UAE can apply — independent tax consultants, management consultants, business setup advisors, real estate agents, insurance brokers, PRO service providers, HR consultants, lawyers, chartered accountants, and digital agencies. No license or qualification is required for Referral Partners. Channel Partners benefit from having an established business entity.
