This Privacy Policy explains how Finanshels Accounting Technologies LLC(“Finanshels”, “we”, “us”), registered in Sharjah Media City (Shams) Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit the Finanshels Partner Program website (the “Site”) or apply to and participate in the Finanshels Partner Program (the “Program”). We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.

- Application & account data — name, email address, phone number, company name, partner type, business details, and the information you provide during onboarding.
- Referral & commercial data — leads and client information you submit, deal status, commissions, and payout details (including bank account details you provide for payouts).
- Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with the Site, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
- Marketing attribution data — campaign parameters (e.g. UTM tags) and the referring website that brought you to the Site.

- To review your application and operate your partner account.

- To communicate with you about your account, applications, and the Program.
- To measure and improve the performance of our Site and marketing campaigns.
