Terms of Service

Referral partners may be individuals or companies with a professional network in the UAE. Channel partners must be established business entities. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account details current. Finanshels may approve or decline any application at its discretion.

The Program lets partners earn by referring or reselling Finanshels services (including tax registration, VAT filing, audit, bookkeeping, corporate formation, and advisory services). Two models are available:

• Referral Partner — you introduce a client and, when that client becomes a paying customer, you earn a commission on the terms in effect at the time of the referral. Finanshels manages consultation, proposal, onboarding, billing, collection, and delivery.
• Channel Partner — you resell Finanshels services under your own brand, set your own pricing, invoice and collect from your client directly, and pay Finanshels the agreed partner price. Channel partners do not earn a commission; their earnings are the margin above partner pricing.

Referral commission rates, eligibility, and payout frequency are shown in your partner dashboard and may be updated from time to time. A commission is earned only when the referred client pays Finanshels for the relevant service, subject to applicable taxes and payment processing fees. Payouts to a company are made to the company bank account only. Finanshels may withhold or reverse commissions relating to cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or disputed transactions.

• Represent Finanshels and its services honestly and lawfully.
• Not make false, misleading, or unauthorised claims or guarantees.
• Obtain any consent required before submitting a third party’s information as a lead.
• Comply with applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam rules.
• Not use the Finanshels brand except as expressly permitted for your partner model.

The Finanshels name, logo, Site, portal, and all related content are owned by Finanshels. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use approved materials solely to promote the Program in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

Either party may end participation in the Program at any time. Finanshels may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Commissions validly earned before termination remain payable on the standard payout terms, subject to the conditions in Section 3.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finanshels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or anticipated commissions, arising from your participation in the Program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of the UAE, without prejudice to any mandatory free-zone dispute resolution rules that apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, communicated to active partners. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
